Fox Rent-a-Car

We recently used Fox rent-a-car for our trip out to san fran. I had booked the reservation through Orbitz, but what they don't tell you is that they require a $250 deposit in addition to the rental which they charge you at the time of pick up and you are not refuned until up to 14 days after returning the vehicle. If you visit Fox's website you can find out this info, but I did not see it on Orbitz. I will not be using Fox again. I have rented from Enterprise and Dollar rent-a-car before and I don't remember paying a deposit. It is fine that they have a deposit and all but it should remain pending in your account and then never actually be taken out after the car is returned so you are not waiting 14 days for a refund. What a shady place. Don't rent from Fox.

American Idol

We are addicts in our household, mostly because there's not much else on, well besides baseball, and when you have a one year old going out every night is no longer an option. Too bad Sanjaya is gone, but I am still hoping that Lakisha will win. The thing that kept it interesting this year was Vote for the Worst. I recommend checking IT
it out, pretty funny. Funnier when Sanjaya was still in the running.

Seal Hunt Again..... why is this still going on?

----------------- Bulletin Message -----------------
From: peta2.com
Date: Mar 20, 2007 2:19 PM

Each year, the ice floes off the coast of Canada turn blood red when more than 300,000 baby harp seals are beaten and skinned for their fur during the nation's cruel annual seal hunt. If you witnessed the hunt firsthand, you would see baby seals—too young even to know how to swim away—having their heads bashed in. Since you probably won't ever witness the hunt for yourself, however, click here to watch the video that will show you just how horrific this yearly hunt truly is.

After you watch the video, sign the petition and join the millions of people around the world who are calling on the Canadian government to put an end to this cruel tradition.

Product Description

When it comes to convenience, versatility, and value in a convertible car seat the Graco ComfortSport is a real winner. The ComfortSport convertible car seat, with a 5-point harness and New Energy Absorbing Foam Liner, is the perfect transition car seat for when your little one has outgrown his or her Graco SnugRide infant car seat, but should still be riding rear-facing - the American Academy of Pediatricians recommends keeping your child rear-facing as long as comfortably possible - at least till 20 lbs and one year of age. The ComfortSport convertible car seat can be used rear-facing up to an incredible 30 lbs and then after that simply turn it around and use it as a toddler seat up to 40 lbs. Your child is sure to love the GracoPedic foam pad, the infant head support, the plush, comfy seat and the kid compartments for storing drinks and stuff and you'll love how easy it is to remove the EZ Wash pad for cleaning - there's no need to worry about rethreading harness straps - just pull of the pad, it's that simple!
